It's Finally Spring!
Seasonal changes are the best time to reorganize our closets and get ready for the new season. We all have those few pesky items that seemed like a good idea when we first bought them, but that we never end up wearing. They tend to just sit on a shelf, take up space and move from one pile to another as we casually pick out the items that we normally love putting on. This year, we’re going to collect these items and give them away to families in need.
Calling All Gently Worn Items! #ShareTheFoldiLoad
On the week of April 16th-23rd, we are dedicating National Laundry Folding Week to donate our clothes to others in need. Official donation organizations across the U.S. have kindly partnered with us on the mission to collect items. They will help us make sure that your clothes will reach their new home. This is YOUR CHANCE to FINALLY get rid of those gently worn items that you never wear and make someone else happy!
How Can I Donate My Clothes?
Just fold, fold, fold your clothes and organize your closet for the new season!
Put the items that you would like to donate in a bag, and drop them off at one of the official drop-off spots below. Organization officials will be collecting the bags and handing out the items to families in need across America.
Share a photo of you arranging your closets and/or your bags of donations on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram ➡ add #NLFW ➡ and show us how many clothes you collected for donation!
Don’t forget - one person’s old blouse can be someone else’s new beginning.
Looking forward to seeing your donation bags!!
